When you become a professional photographer, you acquire understanding and skills that also empower you to oversee other photographers. There are many reasons when collaborating with outside talent is wise. Not all photographers possess all specialties, demands on workload, deadlines and even a different aesthetic approach can dictate the need for outside help.
