This project discovers the myriad of beautiful compositions that lay at our feet. Images that weren’t intended to be art and were rarely created by an individual; instead, it’s the collective effect of humanity. As we travel, we beat down on our man-made paths; we create visuals, both abstract and representational. Our travel, the paths we choose, and the weight of us give rise to artistic prolificacy. Our cohorts include the sun, rain, wintry cold, governments, utility workers, and carelessness. Beautiful compositions surround us. Wherever you go, they are to your left and right. As you walk, look down, you will find them. Humanity leaves an impression; individuals leave an impression, and nature does too.
